We are looking to add to our sales team!

M3T Corporation is currently seeking a Sales Professional whose focus will be on customer acquisition and supporting existing account as needed. This job involves a hybrid of cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals and introductions as well as supporting assigned accounts.  Provide prospective customers with all services offered including technology solutions and giving presentations as needed. Support assigned existing accounts by working with customer to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Job Duties:

•Provide excellent customer service to assigned clients and accounts.
•Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.

•Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
•Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership to accomplish new and different requests.
•Identify and Action on opportunities to Sell additional products/services to current customers.
•Responsible for all aspects of the sales process, with a focus on growing the company’s sales volume, profitably.
•Perform site surveys for estimate requests when required.
•Responsible for fostering positive customer experiences with M3T, working closely with the M3T team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
•Support all Capture team sales efforts.
•Achieve individual quotas, KPIs, and objectives.
•Maintain a culture that establishes M3T as our customer’s trusted security advisor.
•Communicates with prospects to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and proposes solutions to meet those needs.

•Maintains detailed reports of sales activities and input information promptly in our ERP System, Q360.
•Grows M3T’s market presence across our operating region.
•Other duties as assigned to meet Company objectives.

Qualifications

•2 to 5 years of sales experience is preferred.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Extremely detail oriented and organized.
•Trustworthy professional, with a Team player attitude.
•Diplomatic and tactful, with a confident personality and can-do attitude.
•Listener, Problem Solver and Negotiator.
•Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.

Core Hours – Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or as needed to achieve company objectives and fulfill client needs. 

Out-of-state travel will be required.
