Inside Sales Project Analyst: This is where you come in.

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Project Analyst to join our dynamic Inside Sales CapEx team. In this role, you’ll support the Service Special Projects and Building Controls Account Executive teams by managing customer requests, capital planning reports, and CRM pipeline opportunities.

As a key contributor, you will ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and insightful solutions for equipment replacement, system assessments, and regulatory compliance. Acting as a vital link between the sales team and our customers, you’ll play a critical role in building strong relationships, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency.

 Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager and Account Executive Teams: Develop, track, and deliver critical reports that drive decision-making and customer success.
  • Ensure Accurate and Timely Capital Planning Reports: Provide customers with detailed proposals for equipment replacement, system condition assessments, and compliance with upcoming legislative requirements.
  • Own CRM Lead and Opportunity Management: Create, monitor, and manage CRM leads and opportunities, ensuring seamless tracking from lead generation through completion while maintaining accurate records.
  • Lead Routine Sales Funnel Maintenance: Take charge of essential tasks such as customer outreach, proposal generation, and ongoing support for Account Executives.
  • Support RFP Responses: Play a key role in responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities, ensuring thorough and competitive submissions.
  • Act as the Sales-Customer Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication between sales teams and customers, ensuring timely follow-ups on open opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining exceptional service levels.

The Inside Sales Project Analyst role reports directly to Jessica Storm, SSP Project Coordinator Manager, as part of a collaborative team dedicated to driving a variety of impactful projects and initiatives that support our rapidly growing business. This high-profile position offers the opportunity to engage and build relationships with individuals across all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

  • Education: Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales coordination, project management, or an inside sales role.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with CapEx planning, budget forecasting, and profit and loss/financial statement analysis.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in property management, mechanical contracting, or the construction industry is a plus.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Goal-Driven: Proven ability to set and achieve goals while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software or relational databases and adept with Microsoft Office and Power Apps for data analysis and reporting.

Compensation: $29/hr to $32/hr

Where you will work 

Your primary office will be at our Seattle HQ (17930 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188), conveniently located near SeaTac International Airport. The office features ample secured parking, newly renovated facilities, and stunning views. The neighborhood offers convenient amenities, including an onsite deli, nearby restaurants, and easy freeway and airport access.

While this will be your home base, you’ll occasionally travel to our other MacDonald-Miller offices, and you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely up to two days a week.
