Procurement Coordinator: This is where you come in.
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the procurement team’s daily operations and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, document management, and coordinating procurement activities to help the team meet its overall goals. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in driving the efficiency and accuracy of procurement processes.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
- Ensure Product Availability and On-Time Delivery: Process assigned purchase orders with suppliers, managing timelines and follow-ups to secure on-time delivery.
- Resolve Invoice Discrepancies: Work closely with Accounts Payable to identify and communicate invoice discrepancies, ensuring quick resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Generate Reports and Manage Data: Assist in creating reports and analyses related to procurement operations, including accurate data entry and document management.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance procurement workflows, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Embrace Growth and Development: Take initiative to learn new skills and responsibilities, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
The Procurement Coordinator reports to Scott McGraw, Director of Procurement, and will be part of a collaborative team driving a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to engage with all levels and functions across the organization.

Compensation: $25/hr to $33/hour
