As a Warehouse Associate, you would be working in a shop environment where your skills will be deployed to test and evaluate industrial equipment.

This is not an assembly-line factory job. It’s a fast-paced, hard-working, and very rewarding environment.

Your day-to-day activities will involve operating various test equipment and power tools in order to evaluate, disassemble, and troubleshoot industrial equipment. You will electronically document test results, mechanical condition, dimensions, and accessories for each piece of equipment. You will also operate forklifts and cranes to organize inventory and unload equipment from trucks.

• You love working with your hands to fix things and troubleshoot problems.
• You get to the bottom of an issue so you understand exactly what is or is not working.
• You’re comfortable with online documentation and web-based software systems (with computer & smartphone)
• You communicate well; in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• You’re a quick learner; not a know-it-all.

Basics:

• This position works 40-45 hours per week on a 5-day schedule. Day-time schedule only. The schedule changes slightly during Summer/Winter, but is generally 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Some additional paid overtime is available during peak times.
• Employees are required to meet basic physical requirements for a heavy-equipment environment, 90-100% on your feet. Must know how to use basic hand tools, follow written instructions, etc.

Pay: Starting range with bonus: $23-$33/hour. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
