Customer Service Representative

As a Magnolia Customer Representative, you’ll be providing personalized interactions with our customers when they are seeking a trusted advisor.

As a Magnolia team member you will deliver excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable, prepared to offer the full suite of Magnolia’s services starting with a home inspection.

You will be supported during the training process with on-going coaching to develop better skills. As a Magnolia team member you will not be left on an island but will included on weekly team check-ins to discuss opportunities and team success.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Take customer orders either directly from customers or from real estate professionals
  • Use software to enter details of order, providing service options and custom notes to help our inspector team
  • Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints; provide timely follow-up
  • Maintain positive customer, vendor, and coworker relationships
  • Assist all communication with all parties involved for a successful home inspection

Location:

Remote work: this position requires that you provide a high-speed internet connection, subject to applicable expense reimbursement requirements (if any), and a work environment free from distractions. Magnolia will provide equipment necessary to assist clients from home.

Hourly pay based on experience!

Schedule:

  • Avg 24hrs per week
  • Saturday - Tuesday (part-time)
  • Rotating schedule of 40 hrs Monday - Sunday (full-time available in May)

Job Requirements:

· Optimistic team player

· Coachable and competitive spirit

· Excellent relationship management skills

· Excellent communication/presentation skills

· Fundamental computer and office skills, including management of CRM software

· Stable work history

· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· 2-years Customer Service experience in an office environment (corrugated sales and/or service experience a plus)

· Demonstrated organizational, time management and prioritization skills

· Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

· Dependable, honest, and hard-working approach

· Team player treating people with respect and integrity from all levels and backgrounds.

  • Focuses on solving conflict by taking responsibility for mistakes and own actions.
  • Support organization’s goals, values, and code of ethics
