We are looking for candidates with expertise in: 

1. Project Manager 

• Manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder engagement 
• Experience with SaaS delivery in regulated industries 
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred 

2. Solution Consultant / Functional Lead 

• Configure modules such as Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, or Industrial Hygiene 
• Collaborate with SMEs and process owners to define and optimise business workflows 

3. Technical Lead / Developer 

• Build and manage system integrations and custom scripting 
• Strong skills in SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), and enterprise system architecture 

4. Data Migration Specialist 

• Lead ETL of legacy data from existing systems 
• Excel and ETL tools proficiency essential; EHS data knowledge preferred 

5. QA & Testing Lead 

• Design and manage test plans, system validation, and UAT 
• Familiarity with tools such as Zephyr, TestRail, or similar 

6. Change Manager / Training Lead 

• Drive end-user adoption and develop change/training strategies 
• Prosci/ADKAR or similar change methodology certification preferred 

7. Business Process Owner / SME 

• Define and validate current and future-state EHS processes 
• Deep domain expertise in OH, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Compliance

• Integration Architect 
• Security Analyst 
• Regulatory Compliance Advisor 
• Support Transition Lead 

• Proven experience in SaaS implementation projects (ideally in EHS or occupational health) 
• Background in consulting, enterprise IT, or compliance-focused industries 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Availability for remote or hybrid roles across Australia 
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
