About the Role

We’re seeking a highly analytical and resourceful Revenue Operations Specialist focused on leveraging AI and deep research to fuel top-of-funnel sales activity. This role is critical to building and sustaining a high-quality, high-converting sales pipeline.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify and prioritize leads, refine targeting strategies, and implement AI tools that optimize prospecting. If you love digging into data, understanding buyer intent, and enabling sales teams with actionable intelligence—this role is for you.

AI-Enabled Lead Generation

  • Identify and implement tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) for AI-assisted prospecting and enrichment
  • Build scalable workflows that generate high-fit accounts and contacts based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Refine segmentation by industry, persona, geography, and buying signals
  • Manage and maintain lead scoring models that prioritize sales-ready prospects

Sales Research & Intelligence

  • Conduct deep research into target accounts to extract insights (e.g., org structure, active initiatives, tech stack, M&A activity, compliance needs)
  • Surface timely trigger events (funding, new hires, expansion, etc.) to support outbound campaigns
  • Enrich CRM records with detailed account-level and contact-level data to reduce rep prep time

Operational Support for Sales

  • Build and maintain lead lists, territory maps, and Total Addressable Market (TAM) analyses for sales teams
  • Track lead source performance and provide insights to optimize outreach strategies
  • Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and outbound plays with custom research packs

Tooling, Systems, and Reporting

  • Own key prospecting tools and ensure they are fully utilized (Clay, Apollo, etc.)
  • Partner with leaders to set up dashboards and attribution for outbound motion in Salesforce
  • Identify process bottlenecks and improve lead handoff workflows between Marketing and Sales

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement role
  • Experience in lead generation, sales intelligence, or growth operations—preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-driven industries
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting/automation tools (Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Strong ability to synthesize insights from public and private sources (e.g., LinkedIn, earnings calls, Crunchbase, etc.)
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), spreadsheets, and data enrichment workflows
  • Bonus: Experience setting up workflows via Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools
