As an IT Administrator, you will ensure a secure and efficient IT environment by managing cyber threats, maintaining endpoints, networks, and user systems, and overseeing remote IT staff and Level 1 support. You will also drive system improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement security measures to support the company's growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cyber threat prevention and response
• Initiate improvements, present them as cases to the business and see them through to delivery
• Liaise with and oversee contract IT administrators in remote countries
• Manage and maintain ChromeOS and Windows based endpoints
• Manage and maintain Google and Microsoft based users
• Manage and maintain physical network assets including routers / switches / access points / printers etc
• Oversee support level 1 staff and provide training to the team
• Stay up to date with and help implement regulatory responsibilities
• Stay up to date with and help implement security measures
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
• More than basic knowledge of desktop and email administration (Google Groups, distribution lists, email tracing). The successful applicant will be solely responsible for this task within the group globally (Currently approx. 100 employees).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT processes
• Fundamental understanding of IT support and troubleshooting
• More than basic networking knowledge (IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, DNS, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, VPNs, routing, and firewalls)
• Ability to oversee and coordinate remote IT administrators
• Willingness to stay updated on security and regulatory requirements
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system improvements
• Ability to provide training and support to Level 1 IT staff
Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and ChromeOS environments
• Understanding of networking with Mikrotik routers and Wireguard VPN
• Exposure to automation tools like Ansible
• Experience with IT support platforms such as Zendesk Support
• Knowledge of VoIP systems like Aircall
