Our client is an Australian-based company specializing in bringing together various components or subsystems to create a complete and functional systems.

Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their team in the Philippines and are seeking for a reliable, critical thinker, and solutions-oriented IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across various platforms, with a focus on Salesforce administration, basic Azure support, and general IT troubleshooting. Additionally, you will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) with project coordination, documentation, and other administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level professional looking to grow in both technology and project support domains.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support across various platforms, focusing on Salesforce administration, basic Azure support, and general IT troubleshooting
• Assist the Project Management Office (PMO) with project coordination, documentation, and other administrative tasks
• Manage and resolve support tickets in the queue, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
• Work with ClickUp to track tasks, updates, and project progress
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members or higher-level support when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and project documentation

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Azure
• Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes
• Good English communication skills
  

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
