We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities and help organizations unlock the full potential of HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, relationship-building, and working in the fast-growing HubSpot ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Build strong, value-driven relationships to position ManoByte as a trusted HubSpot partner.
- Collaborate with existing HubSpot customers to identify opportunities for product upgrades, add-ons, and support services.
- Qualify new leads, schedule meetings, and manage the sales process to close HubSpot deals.
- Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Partner with HubSpot and service delivery teams, leveraging third-party vendors for service delivery as needed.
- Document sales activities and deal progress in CRM tools for accurate forecasting and tracking.
- Identify opportunities for additional solutions, including marketing enablement and AI tools supported by Microsoft.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM tools and sales automation platforms is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot products such as Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business-focused value.
- Experience with selling professional services, such as training or implementation, is a plus.
