WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Manychat is seeking an experienced, creative, and community-driven professional to join our Scaled CX team as a Community Programs and Events Manager. This role focuses on cultivating and engaging our vibrant user community through strategic programs and impactful events. You’ll oversee the Manychat Community programs, community events, and collaborations.

Reporting to the Head of Scaled CX, you’ll collaborate closely with the Community and Events Team to deliver outstanding experiences that foster user loyalty, drive engagement, and amplify Manychat’s community presence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and execute strategies for strategic community programs, fostering active and engaged communities.
• Create the Community Events Playbook and manage and scale the existing programs.
• Drive community collaborations that amplify Manychat’s user ecosystem and strengthen connections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community programs with broader company goals and provide insights from the community.
• Measure program performance and leverage data to optimize engagement and impact.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in community & event management, customer experience, or program management, preferably within SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling community programs and events that deliver measurable results.

Skills

• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• Advanced project management abilities, with a knack for handling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis skills to measure program effectiveness and optimize strategy.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
• Creativity and innovation in problem-solving, with a passion for fostering vibrant and engaged communities.
