Your Opportunity:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Development Representative to ensure high-quality leads are passed on to our sales team.

Your Top Responsibilities:

  • Qualify all assigned inbound marketing leads by contacting and addressing these leads promptly and efficiently to ensure they meet our criteria.
  • Evaluate and score inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Ensure consistent communication with all marketing leads across different channels.
  • Follow up with leads to gather any missing information or clarify their needs
  • Manage and update lead data in the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Maintaining Relationship: Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to buy ensuring they stay engaged with the company.
  • Analyze lead conversion rates, and meeting bookings, and provide feedback for optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve qualification processes.
  • Document lead qualification processes and best practices.

What We Expect from You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inbound Sales lead qualification, Sales development representative, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-driven mindset and passion for supporting sales growth.
