Your Top Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
  • Perform targeted outreach to potential clients through diverse channels, including email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools effectively to manage pipelines and track sales performance.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activities aimed at meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Achieve and surpass financial targets by closing deals effectively and expanding the customer base.

What We Expect from You

  • Minimum 2 years in direct software sales, with a strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expert in crafting and delivering impactful sales presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Outgoing and energetic, with a proven track record of closing sales deals. Demonstrates relentless drive and enthusiasm in closing deals and achieving sales growth.
  • Expertise in customer profiling, with the ability to navigate complex landscapes within government sectors, enterprises, and SMBs to creatively tailor pitches for targeted prospects.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with an aptitude for simplifying and persuasively communicating complex ideas.
  • High emotional intelligence, enabling the development of deep, sustainable client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS products and communication technologies, clearly understanding and communicating product functionality and advantages.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to optimize sales cycles and scale operations effectively.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to drive sales and operational alignment.
  • Proactively advances sales skills and strategies, deeply committed to continuous professional development.
