Purpose:

The Training Media Coordinator is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining instructional online course and exams material March Networks’ products for the benefits of channel partner certification.

The March Networks Training team is looking for a summer student to help in the continuing evolution of our online training program. Primary role would be in the updating of existing video content, along with assisting in content and data organization for move of training material from one platform to another.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Update our library of videos with new branding clips using Adobe Premiere Pro

·        Edit recorded video and audio of tutorials using FlashBack, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools

·        Assist with the maintenance of online certification courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise 360, or other similar tools

·        Assist with the development of effective online quizzes and exams

·        Help with move and organization or content and training assets associated with new LMS

·

Desired Skills/Experience:

·        Experience in video composition and editing, using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools

·        Knowledge of Articulate Rise 360, or similar e-learning development tools

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

·        Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent photo editor

·        Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or other web content management systems

·        Demonstrates creativity when developing content and has the ability to learn and use off the shelf tools with limited training

·        Ability to work on several projects at once under tight deadlines

·        High attention to detail

This is a summer 3-month term opportunity.
