We are seeking a Lead Sales Recruiter (LSR) to utilize diverse channels to recruit and deliver candidates that will align with our company values and thrive in our high performance sales environment. The LSR will promote our brand by networking, building relationships, and rapidly expanding our team by recruiting and selecting top-tier Real Estate agents. Once the LSR has identified top talent, they will conduct thorough screening interviews via phone and foster strong relationships with candidates and sales leaders to ensure an exceptional candidate selection experience. This role requires 100% on-site presence at our market center Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend and evening availability as needed. You'll work directly with our sales leaders to achieve hiring goals. This is not a technical recruiting position, and experience in the real estate, mortgage, or related industry is required. You will travel to our offices and attend Realtor and industry events, as well as career fairs.
