Technical Sales Support

As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a skilled Sales Support Engineer to drive the success of our Control Systems Business Unit. You’ll play a key role in providing technical expertise and support while promoting MAS Europe’s industry-leading solutions in engine and genset monitoring, particularly within maritime, power generation, and oil & gas applications. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with clients and the MAS Sales Team to develop proposals, achieving technical sign-off on project scopes. 

• Deliver both presales and aftersales support, covering a range of applications in maritime, power, and oil & gas. 

• Provide online helpdesk support, troubleshooting, commissioning, technical consultation, and field engineering. 

• Support product selection, system sizing, and provide comprehensive training services. 

• Assist Account Managers and Sales Administration to meet sales goals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. 

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or Automation Engineering (TEI) or related field. 

• 2-3 years of experience with PLCs, inverters, HMI, and similar automation technologies. 

• Background in control systems for industrial and maritime gensets and protection relays. 

• Proficiency in Greek and English (for documentation/reporting). 

• Skilled with MS Office and AutoCAD/ePlan; organized with a focus on detail. 

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
