Talent Acquisition Specialist

Master-Works is looking for a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts and help us attract top talent. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing recruiting strategies that align with our organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent pools.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Assist in the development of employer branding strategies to promote Master-Works in the job market.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking system and recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to represent Master-Works and engage with potential candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
