The National PRO Sales Manager for Home Depot is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the MasterBrand Cabinets (MBC) field PRO team. This role supports both the corporate and THD account team strategies to drive profitable growth and increase market share. The position reports to the Director of Sales for the MTO and PRO business, managing a regional PRO sales team.
The role requires strong collaboration with MBC account team leaders, cross-functional teams, and the THD PRO leadership team to drive PRO strategy and provide key business analysis.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement National PRO field team strategy.
Align on joint growth KPI’s with THD PRO.
Manage a regional team of PRO field representatives.
Oversee PRO team expenses, travel, and sales budget.
Supporting VP and Directors with relationships at the Merchant level and beyond through providing strategic PRO business analysis to create and enhance the PRO partnership across all MBC stock, MTO, PRO, and online businesses at THD.
Provide analysis to assist Direct of Sales, MTO and PRO, to implement strategic PRO business decisions.
Assist in development of annual PRO team budgets, profitability and sales action plans; monitor results vs. plan throughout the year, and providing data analysis and insights to support adjusting strategy when appropriate.
Learn the business, execute our strategies and partner with the Home Depot on their objectives, needs, and strategies to create win-win solutions. Use analytical skills and expertise to build the MasterBrand business within the channel.
Learn and support Category Management with PRO analysis and insights to drive Fact-Based Selling concepts to strengthen existing business and gain new PRO opportunities.
Build and deliver Home Depot specific presentations for all THD PRO business units, Sales and Marketing Programs, Seasonal updates, Promotions, etc.
Create dashboards and provided analysis for new products, promotions, and trends.
Create and maintain promotional PRO tracker.
Travel as business needs require, estimated 60% - 80%.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is recommended.
Background or experience with lean tools is recommended.
Background or experience in kitchen cabinet installation and design
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to QLICKSENSE.
5 years of relevant outside sales and/or PRO sales experience.
3 years of team management experience.
