As an Associate Manager, Social at Tinder, you’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy across key platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Social, to create engaging, timely, and culturally relevant content that sparks conversations and drives brand love. This role is perfect for a highly creative, detail-oriented person with a passion for social media content creation and an understanding of the ever-changing digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the execution of Tinder’s social media strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand tone across all platforms.
- Create, review, and post content across key social channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Work closely with creative and design teams to develop high-quality, on-brand social assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia.
- Monitor trends and quickly react to relevant cultural moments by executing real-time content that aligns with brand goals.
- Help manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster a vibrant, inclusive online community.
- Support influencer partnerships by assisting with influencer selection and vetting, content review, coordination, and campaign execution.
- Track performance metrics for all social content, providing regular updates and insights to help inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and tools to ensure Tinder remains at the forefront of digital conversations
- Project management and administration including managing a budget, managing timelines, setting up social posts, monitoring and reporting on posts (owned and influencer).
What We’re Looking For:- 2+ years of hands-on experience creating social content for a consumer brand, either in-house or at an agency, including copywriting and video editing.
- A pop-culture lover who can spot an emerging trend or creator, and move quickly to come up with buzzy ways for Tinder to jump in on the conversation.
- Collaboration – someone who loves to share insights, learnings, and big ideas, and can work cross-functionally to bring things to life.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for social media, pop culture, and Tinder’s mission to foster connections.
- A proven track record writing, creating, and editing funny, relatable content for a consumer brand social page.
- Strong attention to detail, including an ability to manage budgets, timelines, and projects closely.

$85,000 - $100,000 a year
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
