About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to build and nurture vibrant communities for both real estate agents and professional photographers. This dual-focused role will serve as a bridge between these two interconnected professional groups, fostering collaboration and growth.

What you will do: - Develop and execute community engagement strategies for both real estate agents and photographers
- Support content development to help educate both real estate agents and photographers
- Facilitate networking opportunities and connections between both professional groups
- Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms and community forums
- Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person events, workshops, and meetups
- Monitor community metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Address member concerns and provide timely support
- Identify trends and opportunities within both industries to enhance community value
- Travel up to 10% of the time
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of community management experience
- Understanding of real estate industry dynamics and photography business practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with community management platforms and social media tools
- Strong event planning and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset
Preferred Qualifications- Background in real estate or professional photography
- Experience with virtual event management
- Knowledge of marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,800 to $108,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
