Acquisition Manager / Lead Management

Maven Success is looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize our lead management strategies. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our capabilities in identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into profitable business. You will work closely with both commercial and residential stakeholders to drive growth and increase market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role focused on client acquisition and lead management, ideally within the real estate or moving industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with expertise in utilizing Excel and CRM software for tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse clients and teams.
