• Participate in training sessions to maintain product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm while resolving customer issues.
