We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to raise awareness, nurture existing clients, generate demand for our services, and to ultimately increase sales. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to work independently with general supervision and directional guidance.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the organization’s initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs.
- Development and execution of industry conference strategy and execution, with a focus on yielding results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns aligned with identified trends, target market segments, and content themes.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics, creating reports, and providing analysis.
- Oversee the company’s social media accounts.
- Maintain the company website.
- Manage relationships with specific external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
- Perform competitive research and analysis as assigned.
- Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials that can include presentations, collateral, case studies, podcasts, marketing campaign emails, and internal-facing communications.
- Continually perform data hygiene and management of CRM data.
- Embody company values in work performance, decision making, and in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as may be required.
- Abide by and ensure compliance with MedAcuity’s policies, including Information Security and Quality Management Systems.
QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of marketing experience, similar in scope of position.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other Marketing Automation platforms to develop and execute multi-touch campaigns.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present as needed.
- Organizational skills necessary to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to align day-to-day activities to assigned objectives and incorporate feedback as well as take direction.
- Passion for accuracy and thoroughness with the ability to monitor and check your own work to ensure high quality of deliverables.
- Project Management skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset to take on complex projects, working independently or as an integral member of a cross-functional team.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
PREFERRED SKILLS- Work history in a similar capacity in the professional services industry.
- Experience with social media, Google Analytics, and WordPress desired.
- Expertise with writing, messaging, or content development is a plus.

EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism OR equivalent years of production experience in a related field.
