The Business Analyst, Transformation, drives transformation initiatives from go to market and customer engagement through planning and execution. The business analyst will ensure the foundational elements to track and execute against our transformation initiatives are established and utilized across our teams. The business analyst will develop strong internal and customer relationships, partnering across the breadth of those relationships to deliver on our stated objectives.
Candidate must be located in close proximity to our New York office and be willing to come into the office at least once per week.
Responsibilities Include:- Lead transformation and omnichannel initiatives with responsibility for planning, execution and end deliverables.
- Establish and oversee omnichannel tracking and project management tools, ensuring they are used and continuing to evolve them.
- Participation in omnichannel transformation spanning all markets – inclusive of discovery, delivery and customer adoption. Will have responsibility for specific tasks and deliverables with participation spanning our customer base.
- Participate in migration and adoption efforts through the following: Assist in the build out of our go to market to drive customer alignment and buy in include content and talk track, Manage and/or oversee the successful completion of pilots leading to customer activation, Provide guidance in change management and advise internal teams and customers on defining best practices for better product adoption, Develop and evaluate performance metrics and facilitate adjustments to gauge adoption
- Liaise with cross-departmental teams to identify and manage necessary development to deliver market and customer ready product. This includes: Working with CS and Product to synthesize and prioritize customer feedback and development requests, Coordinating with release management, GTM + collateral
- Execute both internal and external communication plans
- Maintain a regular cadence of internal and external meetings to consult with customer owners, product owners, supervisors, directors and gatekeepers
- Identify, document and share best practices to improve the overall customer experience and enhance customer understanding of the value of Mediaocean software solutions

- Basic understanding of general reporting concepts such as SQL querying.
- High knowledge level with Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Product Discovery is a plus!
