WHAT WILL YOU DO- Lead and guide the strategic direction of the PPC Team, overseeing multiple projects
- Set and communicate project direction, procedures, reporting and QA guidelines, while considering project goals, timeframe, resources, complexity level, and risks
- Ensuring top-notch standards for PPC management processes and deliverables
- Take ownership of the team's OKRs
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, ROI, identify trends, insights, and optimize strategies for enhanced acquisition performance
- Manage the acquisition budget effectively, monitoring expenses, optimizing spending, and making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently
- Continuously track the effectiveness of the team and propose workflow improvements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in navigating day-to-day challenges and nurturing their skills
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 2+ members
- 4+ years of experience in delivering and developing complex PPC strategies
- Proven track record of delivering high-complexity global paid search strategies
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at presenting complex ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- An ability to perform well under pressure and keep the team on track
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and similar tools
- Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in tasks execution
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with marketing and industry trends
- Autonomy in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities

GROSS SALARY - 4300 - 5460 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
