What You’ll Do:
As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll guide leads through the sales process, providing essential support from initial contact to onboarding. Your role will be to:
- Engage & Manage Leads: Reach out to and nurture potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand Client Needs: Conduct discovery calls to learn about client requirements and find the right virtual assistant solutions.
- Match Clients with Candidates: Use our talent pool to identify virtual assistant candidates that align with client needs, ensuring a great fit.
- Coordinate Selection & Close Deals: Schedule interviews, facilitate contract negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Educate & Support Clients: Inform clients about our services, answer questions, and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience.
- Track & Report: Maintain accurate CRM records and report on key metrics to drive improvements.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced: 2+ years in inside sales, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or a similar field.
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-Focused: You’re a people person who knows how to build trust and deliver a positive client experience.
- Detail-Oriented: You keep accurate records and understand the importance of thorough follow-up and organization.
