VA Advocate

This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, provide coaching and feedback, and advocate for virtual assistants while maintaining effective client partnerships. If you have a passion for fostering success and delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with virtual assistants and clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for virtual assistant inquiries, concerns, and support.
  • Develop customized success plans to align virtual assistant performance with client objectives.
  • Resolve client or virtual assistant issues, escalating as needed to achieve resolution.
  • Gather and share feedback from virtual assistants and clients, advocating for internal improvements.
  • Encourage client participation in advocacy activities and promote a culture of collaboration.

  • Proven experience in client success management, account management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred), customer support platforms, and other tools for managing relationships.
  • Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement and growth.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to solving problems and addressing concerns.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on driving satisfaction, retention, and success for virtual assistants and clients.
  • Passion for advocating for team members and delivering exceptional service.
