Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior-level position marketing manager in a fast-growing company or startup.
- Expertise in B2B marketing with a focus on fintech.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in international markets.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
- Experience with brand management and building a strong brand presence in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives.
- Knowledge of payment processing or related technologies is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market trends.
- Proficiency in tools for creating visual and textual content, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to promote the company’s services in the B2B segment. Implement a strategy for expanding into international markets.
- Strengthen and enhance the company’s brand in the payment processing market.
- Create and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness with textual, video, and visual content.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns. Set up analytics and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels. Develop a content marketing strategy to attract the target audience.
- Segment the audience and study customer needs. Establish partnerships with key market players and ecosystem participants.
- Organize and coordinate participation in international conferences and exhibitions, including preparation of materials and side events.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Conduct test campaigns and experiments to identify best practices. Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Prepare reports for management on the results of marketing activities.

Salary Range:
