Sr. Manager, Global Partner Program Marketing

Marketing and play a pivotal role in expanding our partner ecosystem and driving

adoption of Mendix low-code technology through various partner channels.


About the Role

In this position, partners are always at the forefront of your mind. You will be

responsible for defining the value of Mendix low-code technology to Mendix's

partner programs, including channel partners, system integrators (SIs), and

independent software vendors (ISVs). This role will work closely with our partner

management teams, partner sales team, and cross-functional marketing teams to

ensure the success of our partner programs.


Your Goal

Your mission is to create compelling positioning, messaging, and marketing

program strategies that build awareness of our partner programs, highlight the

extensive expertise of our partners, and recruit new partners, with the objective of

increasing partner-sourced revenue through partner-led campaigns and

enablement —a critical component of Mendix's go-to-market strategy.

Shape Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute global

marketing positioning and messaging strategies for Mendix's partner

programs, ensuring alignment with partner teams, overall Mendix business

objectives, and global go-to-market plans.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Mendix Partner

Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive

messaging and maximize partner program effectiveness.

Support ISV Partner Recruitment: Contribute to marketing programs and

content to attract new ISV partners, highlighting the benefits of joining

Mendix's ecosystem and the transformative potential of our low-code

technology. Support Mendix partner teams during execution the planned

recruitment campaigns.

Drive Partner Success: Identify and build partner-specific aspects to

Vertical Marketing campaigns to generate new partner-led opportunities.

Proactively support partner onboarding and enablement, connecting

partners with relevant resources within Mendix and Siemens organizations,

facilitating collaboration, and driving mutual success of partner-sourced

opportunities and revenue.

Analyze and Report: Monitor the performance of partner marketing

initiatives, analyze data to extract insights, and report on the impact of your

strategies to senior leadership.



About you:

You are a strong team player with a sense of urgency.

You see the bigger picture of how partners fit into the Mendix ecosystem.

Experience working with and supporting a GTM sales team with high growth

goals.

You build strong relationships with and consensus across different

stakeholders.

You are in the US or Europe and are open to international travel (estimated

15%-20%).


What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced marketing professional who:

Has a strong background in B2B marketing strategy, particularly in partner

or channel marketing.

Excels at crafting compelling messaging for diverse audiences, especially in

the technology sector.

Demonstrates a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and their role in

go-to-market strategies.

Has experience in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

Has excellent communication and presentation skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree

preferred.

5-7 years of experience in partner marketing.

Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and

campaigns.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to understand different industries, business models, and challenges

at a high level.

Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.

Willingness to travel as needed to support partner events and initiatives.
