Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team based in Greece! In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support to our German-speaking clientele from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient service experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German through various remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive interaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to assist in service enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and effectively address common challenges.
• Stay informed about company products and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Engage in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but a dedication to helping customers is crucial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software are a plus.
• Motivation to work remotely in Greece while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
