Customer Service Representative (Portuguese-speaking) - Streaming Service

In this dynamic role, you will assist our Portuguese-speaking customers with their inquiries, providing support and guidance regarding our entertainment offerings. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscription issues, and technical difficulties.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to enhance the customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions for reference and service improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to stay updated on service offerings and resolve any service-related issues.
• Engage in training sessions to expand knowledge of content offerings and enhance service skills.
• Foster positive relationships with customers by being courteous and helpful at all times.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the entertainment or streaming industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work well within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
• Willingness to learn about the streaming industry and the specific services offered.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, which may include evenings and weekends, depending on service needs.
