Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers regarding automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and support regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance, and issues.
• Assist customers with order placements, returns, and service appointments in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
• Collaborate with technical support and the automotive team to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product updates to enhance knowledge and service.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Familiarity with customer service software and automotive platforms is a plus.
• A strong interest in automotive topics and terminology.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
