Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent Aviation Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Aviation Department. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients in the aviation sector. You will assist clients with inquiries, facilitate travel arrangements, and resolve issues related to their aviation needs. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch regarding aviation services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about flight schedules, booking processes, and service options.
• Assist customers with booking modifications and travel-related issues.
• Document interactions with customers, ensuring accurate records for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service processes within the aviation department.
• Stay updated on aviation regulations, company policies, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements and enhance the overall service experience.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation industry, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex inquiries.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and other digital communication tools.
• A genuine interest in the aviation industry and knowledge of its dynamics.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing various tasks.
