In this crucial role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with first-class support and assistance with their inquiries about financial products and services. Your goal will be to deliver accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Inform customers about our financial products, services, terms, and account management procedures.
• Assist clients by troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and transactions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously in our systems to facilitate follow-up.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer experience and streamline processes.
• Maintain knowledge of current financial regulations and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Collect customer feedback and suggestions to drive service improvements.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer service software and various financial applications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
