Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent - Remote In Greece - Indefinite Contract

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team remotely in Greece on an indefinite contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients from the comfort of your home. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers receive the highest quality of service. Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver accurate information about our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
• Stay updated on company policies and product offerings to provide informed support.
• Gather and report customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and digital tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes as necessary.
