In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking customers who have inquiries or require assistance related to our luxurious coffee machine products. Your responsibilities include providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines.
• Assist customers with product selection, features, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to coffee machines in a timely manner.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about new products and market trends in the coffee industry.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in luxury retail or the coffee industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of coffee machines or similar products preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
