Dutch Speaking Customer Service for High-End Coffee Machines

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team focused on High-End Coffee Machines. In this role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking customers by providing support and information regarding our premium coffee machine products. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on product features and maintenance. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
• Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
• Provide support during the setup and maintenance of coffee machines.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about product care and usage to enhance their experience.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in coffee technology and product offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the appliance or luxury goods sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical aptitude or interest in coffee machines is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
