In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their online shopping inquiries, including product information, order processing, and returns. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to online retail operations.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and payment processes.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism.
• Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on promotional campaigns, product lines, and company policies.
• Gather customer feedback to help enhance our services and offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to superior customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
