In this important role, you will provide essential support to our customers, assisting them with inquiries about our home appliance products and resolving any related issues. Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to effectively communicate and connect with our users, ensuring they receive the best possible service experience. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding home appliances.
• Provide assistance with product information, order status, and warranty questions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and usage instructions for various home appliances.
• Document interactions accurately to maintain service quality and support process improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to facilitate seamless customer support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions to better serve customers.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve our products and support services.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in consumer electronics or home appliances, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with customer service software and home appliance products is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
