Dutch Speaking Software Representative

Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking a dynamic Dutch Speaking Software Representative to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing software support.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to clients, showcasing features and addressing specific needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and improve our software offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide informed advice and guidance.
• Meet sales targets through effective upselling and relationship management.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in software sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and communicate software functionalities clearly.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
• Results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Availability to accommodate diverse client schedules is necessary.
