In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel inquiries.
• Resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and refunds promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and inquiries.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, destinations, and company policies to offer expert advice.
• Gather customer feedback to propose improvements to services and operations.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Familiarity with customer service software and travel booking systems is highly desirable.
• A passion for travel and a good understanding of the travel industry's dynamics.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
