Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Finnish for inquiries regarding transportation services.

• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Stay informed about transportation trends and service updates to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the transportation or logistics sectors preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software and communication tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
