Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with their products. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German, addressing inquiries related to electronics products and services.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, warranty claims, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to provide customers with the best solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest products and technology trends to better assist customers.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of electronics is advantageous.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, depending on customer needs.
