Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat regarding financial services.
• Provide comprehensive information about our financial products, services, and account processes.
• Assist clients with account management, transaction issues, and general inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain records and ensure effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with the financial services team to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and product offerings to provide informed and accurate assistance.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements and resolve concerns proactively.

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on positive interactions and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Familiarity with customer service software and financial applications is an advantage.
• A genuine interest in financial products and the ability to explain complex information in a clear manner.
