German Speaking Customer Service for Smart Home Technology Department

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Smart Home Technology Department. In this exciting role, you will assist our German-speaking customers in navigating our range of smart home products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through product setup and usage. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with their smart home technology. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in German for inquiries related to smart home technology.
• Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage questions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends in smart home technology.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolutions to complex inquiries.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help enhance product offerings and support services.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Customer service experience, particularly in technology or smart home products preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to assist customers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
