Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat, providing timely technical support.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve a range of technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and the resolutions provided in our support system.
• Collaborate with team members to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Work towards improving customer relationships by delivering high-quality support and assistance.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable using customer support software and ticketing systems.
