Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in real-time via live chat in Italian, helping resolve their queries efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Record all customer interactions systematically for quality assurance and reference.
• Recognize common issues among customers and collaborate with the team to improve service processes.
• Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all communications with customers.
• Work alongside your team to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient support.
• Keep up with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed responses.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
• Proficient typing skills with the ability to effectively communicate in writing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced chat environment.
• Knowledge of customer service software and chat systems is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
