Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish for inquiries related to online streaming services.
• Troubleshoot subscription issues, guiding customers through technical resolutions.
• Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries and subscription changes.
• Provide information on available content, features, and platform functionalities.
• Document customer interactions accurately and capture feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Stay current on digital media trends and platform updates to offer informed assistance.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the media, entertainment, or technology sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues related to streaming services.
• Familiar with customer service software or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
