Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Food Delivery Service Department

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Food Delivery Service Department. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Dutch through phone, email, and chat related to food delivery services.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve issues such as delivery delays, payment challenges, and menu inquiries promptly.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to identify areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stay updated on our menu offerings and promotions to effectively inform customers.
• Gather and report customer insights to help enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the food or delivery industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Familiarity with customer service software and online ordering systems.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
