Czech Speaking Consultant for Online Ticketing & Event Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Consultant in our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department for one of our clients. In this important Entry Level role, you will support Czech-speaking clients in managing their events and optimizing their ticketing processes. Your expertise will play a key role in helping clients increase attendance and enhance the overall experience for their audiences.

In this position, you will engage with clients to understand their event needs, provide guidance throughout the ticketing process, and offer tailored solutions. Your fluent Czech communication skills will be essential in establishing strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online ticketing and event services
• Guide clients through the setup process for their events and ticket sales
• Provide training on platform features and effective promotion strategies for events
• Troubleshoot any issues clients may encounter during the ticketing process
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and requests for support
• Collaborate with internal teams to convey client feedback and improve service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in ticketing and event management

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Basic understanding of online ticketing and event management concepts is a plus
• Client-focused mindset with a dedication to providing quality service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
• A genuine interest in event management and ticketing solutions is highly desirable
